RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be in perfect sellable condition — unworn, with the original tag intact, and packed in its original packaging.

FOR UAE ORDERS

• Fee: AED 20 (for both returns & exchanges)
  

  • For refunds, the AED 20 will be deducted from your refund total.

  • For exchanges, the AED 20 will be collected by the courier upon delivery of the requested item.

FOR GCC ORDERS (Outside UAE)

• Fee: AED 40 (for both returns & exchanges)

  • For refunds, the AED 40 will be deducted from your refund total.

  • For exchanges, the AED 40 will be collected by the courier upon delivery of the requested item.

• This fee covers all courier and handling costs.
  All duties and taxes remain covered by us — no extra deductions.
  Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the item.

Once confirmed, securely pack the item in it's original packaging to avoid damage during transit. Our team will handle the rest.
