RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in perfect sellable condition (unworn, with the tag intact, and placed in its original packaging).

We have a 7-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please allow 2 business days after we receive the returned item for your refund to be processed. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.

RETURNS & REFUNDS FOR UAE ORDERS

  • For orders placed in the UAE, we will arrange for the collection of returned items.
  • Collection Fee: AED 20 for each return, which must be paid by the customer before the collection.
  • In the case of a refund, the collection fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

RETURNS & REFUNDS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • For orders placed outside the UAE, a flat fee of AED 40 will apply for the return process.
  • Additional Costs/Taxes: Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or additional fees associated with the return process will also be deducted from the refund.
  • The total refundable amount will exclude the flat AED 40 fee and any additional applicable costs.

REFUND PROCESS

  • We will refund the price of the merchandise once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
  • Refunds will be processed 2 days after we receive the item and complete the inspection.
  • Customers can choose between:
    • Credit Coupon: Redeemable on our website. Credit coupons will be issued 48 hours after we receive and inspect the returned items.
    • Refund: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

GET YOUR RETURN READY

  1. Once you have received a reply from us, pack the items you’d like to return securely to avoid damage during transit.
  2. For UAE Customers: The courier company will contact you to arrange the return and collect the AED 20 fee.
  3. For International Customers: We will coordinate the return process. AED 40 and any applicable customs or taxes will be deducted from your refund.
